What do I pay today?
For new packages, hardware plus the first month or first year subscription, shipping, and applicable taxes where shown at checkout. For replacement probes, the one-time probe price plus shipping and applicable taxes.
Does a new device include the probe?
Yes. A new KRYOS monitoring package includes the KRYOS device and its certified probe with ISO/IEC 17025 calibration context for the monitored point.
Does a replacement probe add a new subscription?
No. A replacement certified probe is treated as a one-time replacement or renewal product for an existing monitored point unless a separate subscription change is agreed.
What does the subscription include?
The subscription covers platform access for the monitored point, temperature readings, temperature alerts, reports and audit logs, exports, device status, and standard operational visibility.
Can I choose monthly or annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is selected by default as the best-value option at 39 €/year per monitored point. Monthly billing is also available at 3.90 €/month per monitored point.
What is the difference between alkaline, fixed power, and rechargeable?
Alkaline is for standard storage monitoring with replaceable batteries. Fixed power is for powered installations, vehicles, long trips, or setups where more frequent monitoring may be needed. Rechargeable is for customers who prefer rechargeable battery operation.
Are advanced SMS, WhatsApp, or phone escalations included?
Standard temperature alerts are part of the monitoring workflow. High-volume SMS, WhatsApp, phone-call escalation, or advanced escalation paths may require a custom plan.
Can I order accessories or extra sensors?
Special probes, gateways, accessories, differential pressure sensors, or future sensor types may require a quote.
Is installation included?
Not unless explicitly included in the package. In-person installation, custom onboarding, validation-support documentation, team training, or rollout support may be quoted separately.
When is platform access activated?
After payment confirmation and any required onboarding, DPA, configuration, hardware shipment, or account setup.
What if I need 10 or more devices or probes?
Request a demo or quote. Direct checkout is for 1-9 standard products.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Subscription cancellation, refunds, returns, and any consumer withdrawal rights depend on the customer type, order, and applicable law. Review the Terms before ordering.
Are shipping and taxes included?
Shipping and taxes are calculated during checkout or shown in the quote/order flow.
